This note explains what personal information the website collects and what happens to it. It is written in plain English and is intended to be consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What is collected

  • Enquiry form. Your name, business, email, phone, state, business size and anything you write in the message. This is sent directly to Tracy so she can respond to you.
  • Online systems review. Your name, organisation and email when you start the review, so Tracy can follow up if you want to talk. Your answers and score are calculated in your browser and are not sent to Evolve unless you choose to share the downloaded report.
  • Website analytics. Vercel Web Analytics records anonymous page views and general location. It does not use cookies and does not identify individuals.
  • Advertising pixel. If an advertising pixel is enabled on this site, it may set cookies and record that your browser visited. You can block this with your browser settings or an ad blocker.

How it is used

Information you provide is used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange conversations you have asked for, and provide the services you engage Evolve for. It is not sold and it is not added to third-party marketing lists.

Who else sees it

Form submissions pass through a form delivery service and Evolve's email and business systems, which are hosted by reputable providers. The website is hosted on Vercel. Some of these providers store data outside Australia.

Access, correction and deletion

Email tracy@evolvesafetyandwellbeing.com to ask what information Evolve holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Requests are handled personally by Tracy.

If you are not satisfied with how a privacy concern has been handled, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
